When I started training with Jonathan, I was super unhappy with my body, but had no idea what to do or how to go about changing it. I never had a gym membership or lifted weights before and on top of that, like many New Yorkers, I work a demanding job and took on a near-uncontrollable amount of stress.
When I started working out at Mercedes Club, I realized quickly that not only could I attain the body I wanted, but that my mental health would improve as well, as Jonathan taught me how to manage my stress and how nutrition was affecting my body.
I really appreciate the Mercedes Club’s holistic approach to fitness and how they encourage developing a long-term healthy lifestyle. They provide a community of people at the top of the industry so you can be successful and reach your goals quickly with consistent training. Through weightlifting and circuit training with Jonathan, I have lost 20 pounds WHILE increasing my muscle mass. Jonathan has helped me find workouts that are challenging, but that I now enjoy, like Turkish Get Ups, Push Ups, Plank Combinations, Kettlebell Circuits, and various bodyweight exercises that I can do on the road when I’m traveling.
Jonathan helped me find ways to integrate exercising seamlessly into my life.
Now I work out multiple times a week and can’t imagine not having it as a priority. My coworkers have also started joining me and we have different challenges at work to help maintain and support a healthy lifestyle.
