Bocca di Bacco's Executive Chef, Giuliano Matarese has put a Spring twist on some of his best selling dishes for this month's Taste of Hell's Kitchen @ Mercedes Club. This event is for Mercedes Club members and Mercedes House residents only.
Hors d'oeuvres Menu:
Crispy Truffled Polenta Bites, with chianti-braised short ribs and topped with a Parmesan Fondue.
Campari Poached Tiger Shrimp, served on a fennel and orange dill salad.
Green peas, mint and pecorino rice croquette, braised Napa cabbage (v)- vegetarian.
